Shipping
All orders receive complimentary Standard UPS Ground shipping and are shipped within two business days of your order.
You will receive an email confirmation once your item or items have shipped which will include your UPS tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress.
Return Policy
A full refund will be given on items returned in new condition within two weeks of purchase, subject to Paige Novick’s approval that the jewelry is in the same condition as it was when purchased.
Returns must first receive pre-approval, please call 212-252-1441 or email concierge@paigenovick.com for a return authorization. Please note, no refunds will be accepted without a return authorization.
Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
Personalized and special order items may not be returned.
Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Paige Novick is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit. All return shipments must be insured.
Gift Returns

FAQs
What are your shipping methods & costs?
We offer complimentary Standard UPS Ground shipping on all domestic orders (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico). We also offer 2-Day Express and Overnight shipping for all domestic orders, pricing will vary depending on shipping address. Sales tax is charged to orders shipped within New York only, at the local tax rate. Orders shipped domestically outside of New York are exempt from sales tax.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our pieces are designed in our New York studio and are made to order. In stock items will ship within two business days. We do our best to turn your order around quickly, however some orders may take 4 weeks. We will let you know at your time of purchase how long your order is expected to take. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us directly at concierge@paigenovick.com
Can I ship my order to an international location?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. Please contact our Concierge at concierge@paigenovick.com for special requests. Note that if we are able to accommodate international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional customs charges upon delivery. To estimate the Taxes & Duties for your country, you may use the Duty Calculator. Shipping times may vary due to customs delays.
What is your return policy? How can I make a return?

When returning an item, how long before I receive my refund?
Our Concierge will email you directly as soon as they have processed your order and issued a refund. It can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or credit card statement depending on which bank you are with.
I am having trouble placing an order online, do you take phone orders?
Of course! You can contact us at 212.252.1441 to place an order by phone. If you are experiencing issues outside of our usual business hours, please email concierge@paigenovick.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Why can’t I add something to my basket?
If you cannot add an item to your basket it is either out of stock or we are experiencing some sort of technical glitch. If you contact us at concierge@paigenovick.com or 212.252.1441 we would be more than happy to assist you with troubleshooting or discussing back-order or special order options.
Is it possible to cancel or modify an order I placed on paigenovick.com?
To cancel or modify an order please contact our Concierge immediately at concierge@paigenovick.com or 212.252.1441. Depending on the order status, we may be able to accommodate these requests.
How can I check on an order I placed on paigenovick.com?
Your tracking details should have been emailed to you in your shipment notification. If they are missing please email us at concierge@paigenovick.com and we will confirm tracking details right away.
I received a faulty item, what should I do?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please email us at concierge@paigenovick.com with your order number and photos of the defects and we will advise how to proceed.
My order still hasn’t arrived. I am worried that it is lost.
If you believe your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us immediately and we will initiate an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation, we will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished. For this reason, we always recommend that you send your paigenovick.com purchase to a safe and secure location and have someone present to sign for the package.
What is your price adjustment and price matching policy?
Paige Novick will honor a one-time price adjustment within 10 days of the shipment date. To receive a price adjustment, please contact our Concierge at concierge@paigenovick.com or 212.252.1441. Promotions may be excluded.
Is it safe to order on paigenovick.com?
Yes, very – paigenovick.com uses industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Any sensitive information like your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure servers.
When I put something in my shopping cart am I guaranteed I will receive the merchandise?
Unfortunately, items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
Will my paigenovick.com order arrive gift wrapped?
All items ordered on paigenovick.com are delivered in a custom microsuede pouch. We currently do not offer standard gift wrapping. If you would like a more custom option, you can reach out to us at concierge@paigenovick.com.
Do other websites or stores sell authentic Paige Novick merchandise?

Are there any recommendations or instructions for proper care for myPaige Novick purchase?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, it should be buffed with a soft cotton cloth. Avoid contact with perfume, hairsprays and chemicals in generals.
